When is Form 941 due?
Form 941 is due by the last day of the first month following the end of a calendar quarter. In the event the last day of the month falls on a weekend or federal holiday, Form 941 is due the next business day. Note: An automatic 10 day extension is given to employers who deposited all taxes when due during the quarter.
